The post and the light bulbs on this order arrived in perfect order. However, the lantern had 4 shattered panes of glass and the door could not open. The item was returned and a replacement was received in a decent time frame. Unfortunately, it's glass and door were also broken. The return process is excellent. Notifications, paperwork, and UPS pick-up were excellent. I only wonder why they do returns so well. Is it because they have so much practice doing them??
All-in-all, it is comforting to know the company does the right thing..

I purchased two of the 9805 posts to match lights I purchased from Home Depot. Luckily the color matchs perfectly. I'm very happy with the quality of the posts.
